Village Square Booksellers & the Great Falls Regional Chamber of Commerce of Bellows Falls invites the public to "3rd Friday Art Walk" on Friday April 18 from 5-8pm- an opportunity to stroll through the art galleries, shops, and art venues of Bellows Falls, for Art, Music and Literary Events:

Square: Village Square Booksellers: Tracey Medeiros, author of Dishing Up Vermont at 7pm; Maplewing Artisans: Quilts and furniture, Refreshments 5-8pm.; Lonstynn Stores: art on display; Immanuel Church Chapel Gallery: Julia Zanes’ paintings inspired by The Arabian Nights, a window into Islamic culture and cast stone sculptures of Donald Saaf.

Bridge St: Framery of Vermont: featuring student artwork from the Bellows Falls High School, Reception until 7pm; Sherwin Art Glass: Open Studio 6-8pm; WOOL Radio FM- 5-7pm Live Broadcast; Great River Arts: Art Exhibit & Pageant by students from their OPEN ART after-school program, Cupcake Sale & Raffle, Refreshments and Music!

Canal St.: Exner Block: Hraefnwood Café: artwork by Rachel Bickel on exhibit; Paintings by Sally Elliott, Anne Y and a Lobby Gallery art exhibit, Gallery at 17 Canal, One Piece at a Time Beads & Jewelry; Boccelli's On the Canal: Red Fox Session Band.

During regular business hours: Bellows Falls: Chittenden Bank displaying Glass sculpture by Chris Sherwin, Health Center of Bellows Falls displaying work by the Saxtons River Art Guild; Westminster: Sojourns Health Center Gallery; Walpole: Burdicks & Ruggles & Hunt. Many of the merchants and galleries on the Square will also be staying open late for the Art Walk. Event attendees will be able to purchase works of art and other items from galleries and stores like Sam's Outdoor Outfitters and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Downtown Bellows Falls merchants invite our friends to make the trip into town, take the opportunity to meet some talented artists, do a little shopping and have a delightful evening.

Light refreshments will be served at some locations, or you may choose to enjoy dining before or after the event at one of BF’s fine restaurants. And don't forget the Bellows Falls Opera House at 7-ish & after 9 (perfect for after the Art Walk or after dining).

Additional off-street parking is available at the Waypoint Center (Depot Square Gifts is open until 5) on the Island, on Bridge Street in the Elk's lot near the Framery, on Rockingham Street next to the American Legion and the Mural and on School Street behind Bank North (Hetty Green lot).
