Cruising French Waterways - Hugh McKnight  The Bible when traveling in France on your own boat. Tourist and navigation info. He makes regular trips to France aboard his boat, Avonbay. Lynn & Larry Pardey have written many cruising books & liveaboard books for sailors. Pat met Larry in Flushing, Cornwall, while he was refitting Taleisin in 1995.  Alan & Pat started learning about "cruising" from these books in the early 80's. Many have been reprinted & we will be happy to check for availability.
