Con Hogan, a longtime state administrator from Plainfield, and Dr Deb Richter, a family physician living in Montpelier, will appear at Village Square Booksellers to discuss Health Care in Vermont on Friday Sept 18 starting at 7pm.
Con Hogan and Deb Richter, also authors of At The Crossroads: Future of Health Care in Vermont, have again collaborated in print, producing Gridlock - The Unhealthy Politics of Health Care in Vermont, a 50-page book pressing the case for Vermont universal health care.
Con is also the author of Met Along the Way and Also Met Along the Way, short stories capturing the essence of some of Vermont's political figures, local farmers, people in business and some who have worked in Vermont's correctional system.
