The station is located at the Health Center of Bellows Falls on Route 121.(1 Hospital Court, Bellows Falls, VT 05101)

They maintain 2 channels of Local Access Television.  Channel 8 has entertainment shows (music, local events, regular programming, religious services, school events) and Channel 10 has live and replays of  governmental (Rockingham Town & Bellows Falls Village) meetings.
