Marty Gallagher has been working in the fitness field for the past 15 years.  She is a NETA Certified Personal Trainer and an AAAI Certified Pilates Instructor.  As a personal trainer she specializes in functional training or training for real life, “Done in 30” interval training and “First Step” training for those new to fitness.
