Plans for the Saxtons River 4th of July 2022 - Theme is the Roaring 20's
4th of July T-shirts will be available for sale on Saturday July 2nd for 8:30am-noon and on the 4th of July on the corner of Main Street and School Street
No Parking along the Parade Route after midnight July 3rd.

Parade starts around 10am (line up 9:15 on Shepard Lane). Parade Participation Form Below. Please note that items cannot be tossed (candy, literature, etc) to parade viewers
(Learn the Charleston ahead of time at Main Street Arts and participate in the MSA parade entry)
Hills Band Wagon and other musical parade participants will perform during and after the parade, plus bandstand entertainment (Debbie and the Downers) and the String Band will perform under a tent next to Main Street Arts. ...Reminder: the parade concludes with an assortment of local fire engines blowing their sirens. (Warning for attendees with babies & dogs. It has been pointed out that dogs can get COVID- they need to "social distance" too)
Street Fair- includes Hula Hoop Contest, Egg Toss, Musical Chairs and other activities. Food (includes 4th of July Committee food and cotton candy booths) and merchandise vendors

The O-Tones will perform from 5:30pm until 8 in the Gondola at the Saxtons River Recreation Center - Dress up in costume & be prepared to DANCE!
The O-Tones serve up a sizzling sound of Swing, Soul, Blues and Motown for all ages. From Ella Fitzgerald to The Temptations,Frank Sinatra to Aretha Franklin, their vocal harmonies and soulful solos on sax, piano and guitar make them a favorite for dancing and listening. Playing weddings, parties, fundraisers and more all over New England for over 25 years, they love the music they play!
